I’m still here. I’ve just been swamped with homework lately. Spring break starts after classes tomorrow, so I should be able to catch up on random facts at some point soon!

I hate daylight saving time. It’s such a bother.

Twice a year, we have to get around to changing our clocks. While this isn’t a huge pain, this simple act creates problems for me and a lot of other people. Music is beautiful. I love listening to it. I was going to say that it doesn’t matter what kind of music it is and that I listen to just about anything. That’s just not true. Music does matter. Maybe it doesn’t to everyone, but to me, and a lot of other people I know, music is influential. It’s powerful. The feeling received from different types of music, different lyrics, and the overall sound of a song.

Alcohol is a very powerful substance. Generically speaking of course, alcohols are a very important group of chemicals that have important roles in biology and chemistry. However, I’m speaking primarily of drinking various alcoholic beverages and the effect of doing so on the body.

I’m not very good with words…

While I don’t have a problem deciding to write a blog post, I very often don’t end up posting anything because I can’t figure out a good way to word whatever it is that I want to write. This is occasionally a problem with homework, too. I usually end up writing a bunch of things down, and after a lot of editing, I can make it work similarly to what I had originally intended.
